WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We process orders from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. Orders received in our system before 15:00 (working days) will be fulfilled and dispatched the very same day.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Currently we only deliver to the countries that appear listed on the payment page (generally, US, CAN, SOUTH & CENTRAL EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, AND NEW ZEALAND). HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
ALL ORDERS made and delivered within the Spanish peninsula have FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. Orders above €99 EUR made and delivered outside the Spanish peninsula have FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. Orders below €99 EUR are charged accordingly:
Balearic Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta and Melilla - €5.00 regular shipping (4-5 days).
UK & Europe - €10 - Express shipping - 2-3 days.
US & CANADA - €20.00 - Express shipping - 2 - 4 days.
Asia & Oceania - €60 Express shipping - 3 - 5 days.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Spanish Peninsula from 24-48 hours depending on the time the order was received. All orders received from Monday to Thursday before 15:00 hours will be dispatched same day and received next day.
Balearic Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta and Melilla normally from 2-5 working days but in some cases up to 7 working days.
UK and Europe normally from 2-4 working days but in some cases up to 7 working days.
USA and Canada normally from 3 - 4 working days but in some cases up to 10 working days.
Asia y Oceanía from 5-10 working days but in some cases up to 15 working days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us. And as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.
While we do everything in our power to ensure smooth delivery of your item(s), we kindly ask you to understand that we are not the shipping company and therefore have no control over your delivery. While most items arrive in the allotted time frame, sometimes we experience unexpected delays and ask for your patience during these times.
We expect that during the holiday seasons delivery times are likely to be increased.
Please note that there may be additional taxes, import duties, and customs fees levied and these fees are your responsibility.
IMPORTANT: please confirm with your local custom´s about import taxes and other duties before placing your order as refunds will not be issued for unaccepted packages.

CONDITION OF RETURN:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached; not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder and free of makeup or tan marks.
- You MUST try on swimwear wearing undergarments and if returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and show no signs of wear. If removed or altered in any way, or if the item shows any signs of wear, your return WILL NOT be accepted.
- We can not accept returns on FACE MASKS due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are final sales and returns/exchanges are not accepted unless marked otherwise.
If you have received an item which you believe to have a manufacturer's defect, you must Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order to get an authorization number for the return. Once you contact us, we will provide you with a return authorization and email you a return shipping label so that you may return the item at our expense. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process the exchange and then send you a new replacement item.
Please allow 7 business days to process your return. In the case of a refund, we will credit your original method of payment. It is not possible for us to refund another payment method. Please note that banks can take up to 30 business days to reflect this refund on your account.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
For your peace of mind, you have up to 30 days to return an item to us for refund or exchange. You MUST Contact Us PRIOR to returning the item so that we can issue you a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping will be at your expense (Note: Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and the UK qualify for FREE returns as well) and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost packages.
Note: Please allow 7 business days for processing your return or exchange. Refunds are issued in the form of a store e-credit, which you have 12 months for the time of issue to use.
