Easy Returns & Exchanges

OUR POLICY

At Marco Pascali we want your shopping experience to be as simple as possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return or exchange it.

TIME LIMIT AND CONDITIONS

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without giving any reason. This right also applies to sale items. - We kindly ask you to return items unused and in their original packaging. If an item shows use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund. - Items made to the customer's specifications or personalised cannot be returned.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

Tell us about your decision using the "Withdraw from contract here" button, by email to info@marcopascali.com (stating your name, order number and items) or with the withdrawal form in our Refund Policy. 2. Send the items, no later than 14 days after informing us, to: Marco Pascali, S.A., C/ Loreto 8, Bajos, 08029 Barcelona (Spain). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

REFUNDS

 We will refund the price of the product and the original delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items, or proof of shipment.

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange an item for another, email us at info@marcopascali.com and we will explain how to do it.

FAULTY ITEMS

 All our products carry a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us at info@marcopascali.com. We will cover the shipping costs and, depending on the case, repair or replace the item or refund the amount paid. See all the details in our Refund Policy.
