Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders received before 15:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free on orders of 50€ or more. Orders under 50€: 4,95€.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15€.
  • Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland): free on orders of 99€ or more. Orders under 99€: 15€.
  • United States and Canada: free on orders of 500€ or more. Orders under 500€: 38€.
  • Rest of the world: the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to all the countries listed on the checkout page. If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a way to send it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours. Orders received Monday to Thursday before 15:00 are usually delivered the next working day.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: normally 10–15 working days.
  • United Kingdom and Europe: normally 2–4 working days, in some cases up to 7.
  • United States and Canada: normally 3–4 working days, in some cases up to 10.
  • Asia and Oceania: 5–10 working days, in some cases up to 15.

Shipping terms and conditions

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with the tracking number of your package.

We do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, but transit is handled by the carrier and delays can occasionally happen, especially during holiday periods.

Orders shipped outside the European Union (for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States or Canada) may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: please check with your local customs office about import taxes and duties before placing your order, as refunds are not issued for packages refused on delivery.
