WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We process orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of National Holidays. Orders received before 5pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Currently, we only ship to USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are outside of these countries and would like to order something, please Contact Us and if possible, we will happily accommodate your request.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders over $100 USD will receive FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING!

Orders less than $100 USD are as follows:

  • USA & Canada - $5.00 for Expedited Shipping
  • Australia & New Zealand - $10.00 for Expedited Shipping

    HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Shipping to:

    • USA & Canada - 2-3 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand - 4-5 business days

    TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us.  And as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.

    While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery of your item(s), we kindly ask you to understand that we are not the shipping company and therefore have no control over your delivery. While most items arrive in the allotted time frame, sometimes we experience unexpected delays and ask for your patience during these times.

    We expect that during the holiday seasons delivery times are likely to be increased.

    Please note that there may be additional taxes, import duties, and customs fees levied and these fees are your responsibility.  WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOM'S OFFICE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR UNACCEPTED PACKAGES.
