When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders received before 15:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: free on orders of 50€ or more. Orders under 50€: 4,95€.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15€.
• Europe (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland): free on orders of 99€ or more. Orders under 99€: 15€.
• United States and Canada: free on orders of 500€ or more. Orders under 500€: 38€.
• Rest of the world: the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to all the countries listed on the checkout page. If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a way to send it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours. Orders received Monday to Thursday before 15:00 are usually delivered the next working day.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: normally 10–15 working days.
• United Kingdom and Europe: normally 2–4 working days, in some cases up to 7.
• United States and Canada: normally 3–4 working days, in some cases up to 10.
• Asia and Oceania: 5–10 working days, in some cases up to 15.

Shipping terms and conditions

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with the tracking number of your package.

We do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, but transit is handled by the carrier and delays can occasionally happen, especially during holiday periods.

Orders shipped outside the European Union (for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States or Canada) may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: please check with your local customs office about import taxes and duties before placing your order, as refunds are not issued for packages refused on delivery.

Our Policy

At Marco Pascali we want to make your online shopping experience as seamless and efficient as possible. That's why we've created our Easy Returns & Exchanges program.

Condition of return

• Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. They must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder and must be free of makeup or tan marks.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless marked otherwise.

Defective item

If you have received an item which you believe to have a manufacturer's defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to get an authorization number for the return. Once you contact us, we will provide you with a return authorization and email you a return shipping label so that you may return the item at our expense. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, process the exchange and send you a new replacement item.

Please allow 7 business days to process your return. In the case of a refund, we will credit your original method of payment. It is not possible for us to refund another payment method. Please note that banks can take up to 30 business days to reflect this refund on your account.

Refund or exchange

For your peace of mind, you have up to 30 days to return an item to us for refund or exchange. You must contact us before returning the item so that we can issue you a return authorization number. Return shipping is at your expense (orders shipped to the United States, Canada and the UK qualify for free returns) and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.

Please allow 7 business days for processing your return or exchange. Refunds are issued in the form of a store e-credit, which can be used for 12 months from the date of issue.
